Tahini Balls

What’s in it:

2 cups tahina
½ cup agave nectar
½ cup apple juice concentrate
3 cups dried fruit
2 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup LSA meal
1 cup almond meal
1 cup pumpkin seed meal
2 cups puffed millet
2 cups cashew pieces

How to:

Mix all ingredients together until sticky but firm. Roll into balls coat in toasted sesame seeds.
